Dancehall’s Shenseea Drops Gritty Rap Track

Dancehall artist Shenseea released a gritty rap song titled Beama alongside Brooklyn rapper Lola Brooke. Not sure if we can refer to Shenseea as a dancehall artist anymore? However, the artist demonstrated her versatility once more and we all got to make sense of what she has been talking about changing her style.

On a mission to change her sound to adapt to popular trends. Shenseea has evolved her musical sense and is looking to showcase a wide range of styles to make music. Compared to her pop song with the Chainsmokers, Beama, revolves around that Foxy Brown/Lil Kim swag and will definitely go down with the American audience.

Lola Brooke and Shenseea exchange heavy bars and I would definitely recommend Beama to hip-hop fans to give it a listen. Gangster Shenseea is currently preparing to release her sophomore album this year which will follow on from Alpha which had hit tracks like Blessed, Henkel Glue, and R U That.

Beama will not doubtably feature on the album in what is poised to be a mixed bag in terms of music. The Shenseea evolution continues and boy does it look good. And yes, pun intended.
